Owie BowWowie® and Friends Foundation comforts hurts and hearts of hospitalized children by placing a little plush dog named Owie BowWowie into their arms. Owie may be only seven inches tall, but he carries a whole lot of comfort. With his soft fur, little heart, and a few owies of his own, he reminds children that it is okay to feel hurt, frightened, or alone.

 

Owie comes in his own carrying bag, ready to travel wherever comfort is needed. Owie is small enough for a child to hold close during treatments, procedures, and long hospital nights—but big enough to remind them, “You are not forgotten. You are not alone.”

 

Owie is more than a toy—he is a friend for life’s owies.
